Role Description
This is a full-time office role for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) at Brantley Construction Company in North Charleston, SC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management tasks on a daily basis.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent computer software skills: Timberline, OST, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Primavera, proficient in video conferencing, AIA and advanced Excel.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other comparable related degree.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of documented CMAR experience managing commercial, industrial, education, or healthcare construction projects. With your resume please provide
