Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for patients requiring in-depth monitoring and frequent assessments. You will play a crucial role in assessing clinical situations and managing treatments independently in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
- Guide patients and families through medication and treatment instructions.
- Deliver high-quality care with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or a diploma in Nursing is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Florida RN license or a multistate RN license is necessary; compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation.
- Current BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience as an RN in an acute care environment.
- ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire; BSN and CCRN certifications are also preferred.
