The Opportunity:

As part of the HR Managed Services team, you will lead initiatives that establish a forward-thinking vision and foster innovation within your team. In this Director role, you will exhibit thought leadership in payroll practices, oversee global payroll operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change and build trusted relationships with clients across a global platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships globally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
  • Proven leadership in team management.
  • Experience managing global payroll operations with a focus on compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll technology platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building skills among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to excel in global and virtual team environments.
  • Track record of establishing best-in-class payroll processes.
  • Commitment to nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Awareness of current business issues impacting the industry.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in addition to applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
