Your Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Emergency Room RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this dynamic role, you will care for a wide range of patients experiencing minor injuries to critical conditions. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of varying ages.
• Develop personalized care plans aimed at positive outcomes.
• Manage multiple cases while prioritizing patient needs effectively.
• Provide follow-up care instructions and make appropriate referrals.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, always prioritizing patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida RN license or multistate RN license (Compact) required. Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days post-relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree in Nursing preferred; experience in an acute care environment is a plus.
• NIH Stroke Scale to be obtained within 30 days post-employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 6 months of start date.
• TNCC certification required within 1 year.
• ACLS certification or ACLS Instructor within 6 months of start date.
• PALS certification or PALS Instructor within 6 months of start date.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an emergency setting is preferred.
