A renowned hospitality group is in search of an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team for one of its high volume operation concept near JFK in Queens! This role requires a deep knowledge of menu creation and planning, events and catering.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in preparing traditional and contemporary dishes in a high volume establishment
• Skilled in creating and refining menus while incorporating modern trends to attract and satisfy diverse customer preferences
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a culinary team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve high standards of food preparation and service
• Proficient in managing kitchen budgets, controlling food costs, and maintaining inventory levels to optimize profitability without compromising quality
