NXTGEN are recruiting a Finance Administrator for a market-leading business in Great Yarmouth. As Finance Administrator, you will support with the transactional duties including being responsible for processing the Purchase and Sales ledger invoices as well as giving administrative support to the wider teams. Candidates will be expected to deal with high volume supplier queries so excellent communications skill are essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Process Purchase and Sales ledger invoices efficiently
-Deal with supplier queries in a timely manner
-Support additional administrative tasks throughout the wider business
-Support with Ad-Hoc duties when needed
Whilst an AAT studier is desirable, it is not essential and the successful candidate will have at least have 1/2 years finance experience. Prior experience within a high volume AP/AR environment would be beneficial combined with experience in administration. Candidates must have excellent communication along with good excel skills. An eye for detail and a willingness to support other areas of the business will be key to succeeding in this role
