Inspection Operator

Job Title: Inspection Operator (24 Positions Available)
Location: Swindon
Start Date: 24 November 2025
Duration: 1-2 weeks initially (extension likely)
Pay Rate: 12.55 per hour
Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off rotation (48 hours per week)
Day & Night shifts available - 6 operators required per shift

We're recruiting a full team of 24 Inspection Operators to support a large-scale project for our client in Swindon. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who's detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a production environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Inspecting products for defects, sealing issues, and any other faults flagged in SOP's

• Removing defective items and reporting your findings to the shift supervisor

• Keeping your inspection area clean, tidy, and compliant

• Verifying lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity

• Supporting any batch changeovers as directed

• Escalating issues to supervisors or the QA team when needed

• Following site safety protocols, including wearing the correct PPE
