Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Oncology RN to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will care for adults with various health conditions, requiring clinical assessments and independent management of treatment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze comprehensive health data from patients.
- Advocate for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Establish individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
- Ensure patient safety and effective use of resources.
- Educate patients and their families on medications and treatments while providing ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days).
- BLS certification from AHA required within 30 days of employment.
- Preferred: 1 year of RN experience in Oncology or Chemotherapy.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
