Your Role:
As an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) expert, you will:
Design and oversee the configuration of Oracle OTM, covering aspects such as order release, shipment management, contract and service provider management, transportation planning, optimization, execution, tendering, tracking, visibility, freight payment, audit, and settlement.
Lead client workshops, configuration review sessions, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
Collaborate closely with technical architects to ensure the correct implementation of functional requirements.
Perform complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement OTM solutions tailored to customer needs.
Apply Accenture’s methodologies, procedures, and leading practices effectively.
Work autonomously to deliver quality outputs throughout the engagement.
Demonstrate expertise to provide both functional and technical solutions on moderately complex projects.
Take on a leadership role in projects, including team management, client interaction, and critical project documentation.
Consult effectively with client management to ensure buy-in for defined solutions.
Translate client requirements into practical, implementable solutions.
Participate in and support business development efforts.
Be willing and able to engage in hands-on OTM configuration tasks.
Support post-go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
Some in-person collaboration may be required for learning and relationship building. Travel requirements will vary based on business and client needs.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related products.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end OTM implementations, particularly in transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (Associate degree qualifies with 6 years of relevant experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle SCM/OTM certifications.
Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP, WMS, and third-party carrier systems.

Role location and annual salary ranges include: California $94,400 to $266,300; Cleveland $87,400 to $213,000; Colorado $94,400 to $230,000; District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000; Illinois $87,400 to $230,000; Maine $80,400 to $196,000; Maryland $94,400 to $230,000; Massachusetts $94,400 to $245,000; Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000; New York $87,400 to $266,300; New Jersey $100,500 to $266,300; Virginia $87,400 to $245,000; Washington $100,500 to $245,000.
