In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct comprehensive data collection to assess the patient's health or situation.
• Act as a patient advocate within the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize clinical judgment for safe and effective patient care management.
• Monitor vital signs to promptly intervene in life-threatening situations.
• Educate patients and families about their medications and treatments while supplying support throughout their stay.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Florida or an approved multistate RN license required.
• BLS certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in an acute care setting and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
