Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Progressive Care RN to provide close monitoring and assessments for patients. In this role, you'll make critical clinical assessments and manage treatment independently, working alongside a phenomenal team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting comprehensive data about patients' health.
- Advocating for patients as a vital part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Utilizing clinical judgment to safely and effectively manage patient care.
- Monitoring vital signs to intervene in critical situations.
- Educating patients and their families about medications and treatments throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
- Florida RN license required; multistate license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
- BLS-AHA Provider card must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- A BSN is preferred but not mandatory.
