Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions during admissions and on every scheduled shift, reporting any changes immediately.
• Administer medications as prescribed, monitor the patient's response, and document care activities meticulously.
• Provide exceptional patient care by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license.
• BLS certification is required within 30 days; ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in relevant fields is preferred.
