We are looking for a client-focused and detail-oriented Senior Delivery Consultant who will take the lead on change and incident management for a pivotal healthcare client. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the smooth operation of critical electronic healthcare systems that significantly impact clinicians and the quality of patient care.

Location & Travel Requirements

  • Remote role based in the United States

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Requires 80% travel to client sites

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all change and incident management activities at client sites.

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and defects, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.

  • Manage change requests and system enhancements, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful improvements.

  • Analyze system trends, performance data, and client feedback to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement clear communication strategies, including executive updates, reports, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with consulting, product, engineering, and support teams to anticipate client needs and ensure successful outcomes.

Experience

  • 5+ years in client-facing healthcare IT roles, particularly with EHR/EMR systems (Cerner Millennium strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience managing incident and change processes in healthcare or clinical settings.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices, including incident and change management.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a zeal for problem-solving and process improvement.

Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation, CSM/CSP, or similar.

  • Cerner or other EHR/EMR certifications.

Salary Information

Hiring range in USD from $28.94 to $71.30 per hour; annual salary from $60,200 to $148,300. May be eligible for equity.
