Workshop Team Leader

Location: Southampton

Starting salary from £40,927, plus excellent benefits package

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00

An exciting opportunity to join our Southampton branch at the heart of all workshop activity. You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering fantastic service to all customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organise the workshop team.
  • Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
  • Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
  • Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorised to a high standard.
  • Deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
